To protect the integrity of the platform and ensure a safe environment for all members, job posts may be placed under review in the following cases:
- When you're a new member: Kavyar is a curated network. All new members (and their job posts) are reviewed to ensure they are a good fit for the platform.
- When the post involves sensitive content: Kavyar enforces high standards of professionalism and safety. Job posts that don't meet Kavyar's standards will be rejected. Even if approved, job posts involving sensitive content may have their circulation restricted. Note that if your job post does not directly involve sensitive content, but your Kavyar profile includes work with sensitive content, your post may still be placed under review.
- When Kavyar has cause to investigate: job posts can be placed under review if we receive complaints or become aware of potential policy violations.
