How to Write a Great Job Post Title

Josh Romphf Updated by Josh Romphf

Your title is the first thing members will see when browsing opportunities. A clear, compelling title can help attract the right applicants faster. Here are some tips to help make your title stand out:

All Kavyar job post titles follow the same format: Seeking [Role] for [Project]

1. Be specific and descriptive

Use professional, appealing language that reflects the role and the creative vision of your project.

Good examples:

  • Seeking Female Models for Luxury Swimwear Campaign
  • Seeking Editorial Photographer for Lookbook Shoot
  • Seeking Experienced Cinematographer for Moody Short Film

2. Use adjectives to add interest

Descriptors help set expectations and attract the right talent. Try to avoid generic titles and redundant phrasing.

3. Keep it short and clear

Titles should be quick to read and easy to understand. Keep project names to 3–6 words, and avoid full sentences.

4. Make sure it aligns with your project description

Your title should reflect the project's description and help to give applicants a clear picture of the opportunity.
