Payment Disputes & Account Policy

To maintain a safe and trustworthy community, all payment concerns must be handled directly through Kavyar Support. Disputes filed through payment processors can lead to account suspension or permanent bans.

Reporting a Payment or Submission Issue

If you have a problem with a payment or submission:

  • Click “Report” on your submission in the dashboard under '...' menu, or
  • Contact our team at support@kavyar.com

We’ll review your issue and work with both parties to reach a fair resolution as quickly as possible.

Disputes Through Payment Processors

Filing a dispute through your payment provider (for example, PayPal, Stripe, or your bank) instead of contacting Kavyar first may result in:

  • Account suspension or permanent ban
  • Delayed or denied dispute resolution

⚠️ Important: Any payment marked as fraudulent will result in your account being immediately locked.

How Kavyar Handles Disputes

Kavyar reviews all submission and subscription payment disputes internally. Our decisions are final and made to maintain fairness and trust between submitters and publications.

If Kavyar decides in favor of a publication:

  • The submitter may be refunded if they still insist on a refund,
  • But their account may be banned from the platform to preserve trust within the community.
